Emilio manages user agreements for the Advanced Light Source (ALS), the Molecular Foundry (TMF), and the National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center (NERSC). Prior to joining SPO, Emilio worked at UCLA’s Technology Development Group negotiating research contracts including sponsored research, material transfer, and nondisclosure agreements. Emilio holds an MBA and BA from UCLA and a JD from UC Law SF.
