The Strategic Partnerships Office (SPO) identifies opportunities and develops collaborations between external partners and Lab researchers, fostering strategic alliances that pave the way to science and technology discoveries and solutions for the world.

SPO also provides the research administration expertise needed to enable these strategic partnerships by reviewing and negotiating project agreements and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies. Our goal is to provide institutional endorsement to partnership agreements that benefit all stakeholders.
